How to reset the Webhook URL and Listeners?

How to reset the webhook URL and listeners:​

1. Delete webhook listeners​

  • Navigate to: Settings → General → Webhook Listeners
  • Select all listeners
  • Click “Actions” and then “Deactivate”
  • Repeat the step and click “Delete”

2. Delete webhook URLs​

  • Navigate to: Settings → General → Webhook URL
  • Select all URLs
  • Perform the same steps as for the webhook listeners

3. Save the connection again​

  • Save the connection between your shop system and the Wallee Portal again

After completing these steps, the webhook URL and listeners will be automatically set up correctly in your space.
