How long is the transaction storage time?

The obligation to store transaction records for 10 years lies with the merchant. While we retain the transactions and payments processed with Wallee, we do not store the merchant’s own records for this duration.

You can export all transactions directly via the user interface by following these steps:

Log in to your Wallee account
Navigate to your space
Go to the "Transactions" section
Click on "Export"
Choose your desired export criteria and click "Export" again
