🧨 Triggering Rules

For the Dunning flow to work correctly, you must ensure the following:

  1. The Dunning module is activated.
  2. The respective payment method (QR-Invoice, eBill, etc.) must have a Dunning Flow enabled. This is done in the connector configuration.
  3. The Dunning process will only be triggered after the payment payment term, which is defined on the Connector level.

If these steps are not completed, dunning notices will not be triggered, even if the invoice becomes overdue.
