Wallee Join
wallee join is wallee's partner platform for integrated payments. It enables affiliates, agencies, system integrators, SaaS platforms and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to embed payment acceptance directly into their own products, refer merchants to wallee, and participate financially in every transaction — while wallee handles compliance, risk and payment operations.
What you can do with wallee join
- Onboard merchants at scale — via the join portal (UI), shareable onboarding links, or fully API-driven flows embedded in your own product.
- Offer embedded payments — merchants get access to the full wallee payment stack: e-commerce checkouts, POS terminals, unattended payments and all supported payment methods.
- Monetise transactions — earn through revenue sharing, transaction markups or your own pricing plans, depending on your partner model.
- Stay compliant without the overhead — KYC, AML and PSD2 compliance, risk and chargeback management are handled by wallee. wallee remains the regulated entity.
Who wallee join is for
| Partner type | Typical use case |
|---|---|
| E-commerce & digital agencies | Refer shop clients and earn on every referred merchant |
| Consultants, resellers & affiliates | Share onboarding links and earn a revenue share |
| POS / ERP / booking software vendors | Embed payment acceptance into the product, including terminal payments |
| SaaS platforms & ISVs | Run merchants as sub-accounts under your own brand and pricing |
| Banking & distribution partners | Manage a merchant portfolio with consolidated reporting |
Note: Open marketplaces with private, non-registered sellers are currently out of scope for regulatory reasons.
Two partner models
wallee join supports two operating models, which can also be combined:
- join account (Affiliate) — you refer merchants to wallee. Each merchant gets their own wallee account and billing relationship with wallee; you earn a commission or revenue share. Subscription costs are billed directly to the merchant.
- join platform (ISV) — merchants are created as sub-accounts linked to your partner account. A merchant sub-account has the same features as your parent account. You control pricing towards your merchants and consolidate billing under your platform.
See Partner Models for a detailed comparison.

The three pillars
- Integration — modern REST APIs, portal UI, referral flows, sub-account onboarding and white-label (partner-branded) experiences.
- Commercials — transparent per-method pricing, configurable pricing plans and partner revenue share per transaction.
- Operations & compliance — digital KYC/AML, risk and chargeback management, payout scheduling and reconciliation, all operated by wallee.
Availability
- PSP products: available across Switzerland and the EU (including white-label setups).
- PayFac products (sub-account model): available where wallee is regulated — currently Switzerland and Luxembourg. Availability expands as regulatory coverage grows.
