🧩 ReconHub – Product Overview​

ReconHub is an automated payment reconciliation platform from Abrantix. Completely integrated with Wallee Portal in order to get Transaction Data (also for non integrated ECRs or Terminals) and Financial Data in case wallee acts as an acquirer.

It streamlines transaction-level matching across multiple sales channels, processors, banks, and ledgers, ensuring transparent, compliant, and scalable financial closings.

🎯 What Can It Be Used For?​

  • All‑Channel Reconciliation
    Automatically aggregates data from POS, e‑commerce, marketplaces, acquirers, and banks—regardless of payment type or currency—and matches them per transaction. With the integration with Wallee Portal it also gets every POS or E-Commerce System that is connected to the platform.

    An intelligent rules engine detects mismatches, flags exceptions, and enables efficient reviews and corrections before exporting

    Successfully matched payments are directly exported as accounting entries into ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Abacus, MS Dynamics, etc.), with full audit logs and revision control.

🔌 Integration with Wallee Portal​

When used with the Wallee Portal plugin, ReconHub:

  1. The integration is available for all plugins and terminals that are connected to the platform without any further development need.
  2. Automatically imports all sales, settlement, and bank payout data from Wallee Portal
  3. Applies rule-based matching and flags unmatched transactions
  4. Exports reconciled data as booking records—all within the Wallee Portal cloud portal, with real-time dashboards and Swiss hosting.

🎯 ReconHub + Analytics Package Setup Guide​

This guide walks you through enabling fully automated settlement reporting via SFTP.

1. 📦 Prerequisites​

  • Your account must include the Advanced Analytics package (includes both Analytics + FTP capabilities). It is also available with the Basic Analytics Package that does not contain SFTP in this case the Files need to be exported manually to Reconhub.

2. 🚀 Enabling the Feature​

  1. The customer enables the Analytics feature in the ReconHub portal under Account > Billing.
  2. Invite Abrantix to your Account. Abrantix will then setup the SFTP configuration and the querries in order to make sure that the data is exported to their systems.
  3. Set the frequency of the export - we recommend daily.
