Terminal activation

To activate wallee SoftPOS on your device for integration testing, you need a 6-digit activation code. At this time, activation codes are issued by our sales team on request.

To request a code, send an email to alessandro.guntert@wallee.com with the subject:

SoftPOS Integration – Activation Code Request

Sales will generate and provide the code within 12 hours during working hours.

Once received, enter the code in the wallee SoftPOS app to complete activation. The device is then ready to process test transactions against the QAT environment.
