How to activate the SIM - Card

To activate your SIM card, please take the following steps:

  1. open the Settings menu on your terminal
  2. navigate to the Android application section
  3. enter the four-digit password provided by us. If you no longer know the password, please contact our support team
  4. call up the Settings menu again
  5. enter the password we have given you
  6. select Network & Internet from the menu options and select Mobile Network from the available settings
  7. navigate to Access Points (APNs) and click on the + to create a new APN
  8. set the name as ‘wsim’ and the APN as ‘wsim’.
  9. go back to the previous menu and select the radio button next to the newly added APN (‘wsim’).

Your SIM card should now be activated.
