How can I set the payment deadline and overdue period for invoices?

Setting Payment Deadlines and Overdue Periods for QR Invoices and Bank Transfers

When using QR invoices or bank transfer as a payment method, you as the merchant can define both the payment deadline and the maximum overdue period for customer invoices.

Payment Deadline
The payment term defines the period in which the customer must pay the open invoice.
By default, it is set to 10 days, but it can be configured for up to 180 days.
If the deadline passes and the invoice remains unpaid, the invoice status is set to overdue.

Overdue Period
The overdue period defines how long an invoice remains in the overdue status before it is marked as written off.

This period, together with the payment deadline, defines the maximum time a transaction can stay in the “completed” status before moving to either declined or fulfilled.
By default, the overdue period is set to 0 days and can be configured for up to 40 days.

You can define both the payment term and the overdue period in the configuration of the respective payment method: https://app-wallee.com/space/select?target=/payment/connector-configuration/list
